apply to、 apply for的区别
apply for 的宾语在内容上应当是希望获得的事物，例如工作（job, work），职务（post, position），奖金（reward），签证(visa)，工资的提高(an increase in salary)，经理职位(directorship)，国籍(citizenship)，贷款(loan, credit)等。
apply to的宾语在内容上则应当是对之作出申请的个人或机构，例如秘书 (secretary)，经理 (director)，大学 (university, college)等
